Epic Recess presents Epic Team Mile Repeats!
Lace up your shoes and round up your team as Epic recess is hosting its first team mile repeat!
Coming December 7th, at 8am, the timer will start for this 36 mile repeat at a private ranch in East county. Chip timers will keep splits as teams test their mettle on this mile long dirt course. Each team can consist of 2, 4, or 6 runners. All teammates will take turns completing mile course laps, with all runners completing at least 4 laps. The laps should also be non-consecutive to emphasize teamwork and to give teammates adequate breaks.
36 Miles may seem like a lot but that's what teams are for! Support each other to find the strength you need to get your best times!
Race Site Extras
For this event there will be a coffee trucks on site. After everyone has completed the event there will be divisional awards for corporate teams, all female, all male, all jrs, co-ed, and running clubs with a special award for fastest male and fastest female mile time!
